Freestyle Artist Magazine is an artist publication by BriAnna Rosen, first published in 2016. The magazine explores socio-political issues, questions place + agency, and investigates the causes and effects of gentrification in Portland, OR and beyond.

On May 5, 2016 at noon, the flag on top of PNCA's 511 Building was replaced with the Freestyle Art flag proclaiming "Stop Gentrification". Later that evening, windows of the library were transformed into a live stream in which audiences could use the hashtag #freestylepdx to voice their thoughts on gentrification.

Fifty copies of the third issue of Freestyle were distributed to the public along with branded stickers and t-shirts. This magazine revolves around the color red and its sociopolitical connotations including communism.

Print: 28 pages. Color. Paperback.
